From Raw Cotton to Duvet Covers - The Full Story - Part 5

Continuing from yesterday's post..
The fabric is then checked for any defects and then sent to stitching units. They are stitched in assembly lines mostly with a line of people stitching bodies, another line adding zippers, another line adding washcare etc. Finally the duvets are packed with cardboard inserts showing the design, constitution of fabric and size clearly, all ready for you to choose your favorite duvet.
